14-year-old boy describes beating his mother to death in eerie third person

We're not sure who's giving this kid his legal advice, but we suspect it's someone with Down syndrome.

14-year-old Christian Taylor was the only other person in the house the night his mother, Francine Morgan, was beaten to death with a flashlight and shot in the face, a violent demise that was captured on a 911 call the 40-year-old made in her final moments.

On the recording, Francine's screams can be heard as her skull is crushed repeatedly by a hard object. The injuries to her face were so severe that it took authorities some time to realize she had also been shot through her cheek.

Initially, Christian said he knew nothing of the attack, but later revealed in an over-dramatic, theatrical voice and interpretive dance that he vaguely recalls being in a dream-like state where a "dark, shadowy figure"was moving through the house. He says the shadowy figure got into an argument with Francine about something she was morally opposed to and killed her because of it, beating her against a wall until she was too fatigued to fight back and then "finishing her off."

When asked if the dark, shadowy figure was him, Christian said it was possible.

He also mentioned that there was a lot of "wrestling around" during the frantic struggle, and that his mother was "fighting hard, trying not to give up" when she died.
